However, data already indicate its essentiality for some crops, making them more responsive, especially for accumulator plants such as sugarcane, where its silicon content can surpass that of nitrogen and potassium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regarding silicon, there are three groups of plants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Accumulators:<\/strong> generally monocotyledons (grasses) with an active Si absorption process, having foliar content above 10.0 g\/kg of silicon in dry matter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Non-accumulators:<\/strong> generally legumes, which do not absorb silicon actively and have foliar content lower than 5.0 g\/kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Intermediate:<\/strong> Si content ranging from 5.0 to 10.0 g\/kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-1906","pergunta-frequente","type-pergunta-frequente","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/agrosilicio.com.br\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pergunta-frequente\/1906","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/agrosilicio.com.br\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pergunta-frequente"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/agrosilicio.com.br\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/pergunta-frequente"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/agrosilicio.com.br\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1906"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
